Onmom Market 미국 텍사스, 달라스를 기반으로 홈& 리빙 제품을 판매하는 해외 사이트로, 모든 법적 책임은 미국 현지 법률의 적용을 받습니다. 

onmom market에서 판매하는 모든 제품의 가격은 미국 달러 USD 로, 결제되며, 해외 사이트의 특성상, 카드 결제는 일시불만 가능합니다.

고객님께서 물건을 주문하시고, 카드가 결제되는 시점에 미국 달러로 환산되어 결제가 됩니다. 

또한, 일부 카드사와 은행에서는 해외 결제 수수료를 부과하고 있기 때문에 고객님께서 결제하신 금액과

카드사에서 청구된 금액이 다를 수 있습니다. 추가로 부과된 수수료는 Onmom Market과 관계가 없으며,

해당 카드사와 은행에 직접 문의 해주셔야 합니다.

또한 제품을 주문하고 결제가 완료됨과 동시에 결제가 이루어집니다.  간혹, 고객님의 카드사와 은행에 따라 결제 시간차가 날 수 있음을 알려드립니다.

한국에서 주문 후, 배송 받으실 주소와 함께 '개인통관 고유번호'를 꼭 입력해주셔야 배송이 진행됩니다. 

구매 금액과 상관없이 해외 사이트에서 결제, 배송되는 모든 제품에 대한 '개인통관 고유번호'의 입력이 의무화 됨으로 미 입력시 통관이 지연되고, 배송이 안될 수 있습니다. '개인통관 고유번호'를 기재하지 않아 발생하는 불이익에 대해서는 Onmom Market은 책임지지 않습니다. 

'개인통관 고유번호' 발급은 관세청 홈페이지(https://unipass.customs.go.kr/csp/persIndex.do)에 들어가시면 회원가입없이 간단하게 발급이 가능합니다. 

주문자와 수취인이 다를시, 꼭!!  제품을 받는 사람, 즉 수취인의 '개인통관 고유번호'를 적어주셔야 합니다. 

​만약, 수취인의 '개인통관 고유번호'가 다르게 기재 되면 주문자께서 [관세청 창고료+보관료]가 청구됩니다. 

‘개인통관 고유번호' 미기재로 발생하는 불이익에 대해서는 Onmom Market에서 책임지지 않습니다.

All products sold at Onmom Market are paid in U.S. dollars (USD), and due to the nature of overseas sites, payment by card is only available for ‘one-time payment’. The exchange rate for the payment amount is determined by converting it into US dollars at the time of card approval, and it is considered an overseas site when placing an order from Korea, and some credit card companies and banks may charge overseas payment fees. Accordingly, the amount paid on our site may differ from the amount charged by the credit card company. For the exchange rate or additional fees charged, please contact your credit card company directly.

If placing an order from Korea, you must enter the “Personal Customs Clearance Number” along with the address to be delivered when ordering. For all products that are paid for and delivered from overseas sites, it is necessary to enter a “Personal Customs Clearance Number” regardless of the purchase amount, so customs clearance may be delayed and delivery may be difficult if not entered. The “Personal Customs Clearance Number” can be issued simply without registering as a member on the official website of the Korea Customs Service (https://unipass.customs.go.kr/csp/persIndex.do). If the orderer and the recipient are different, please be sure to enter the “Personal Customs Clearance Number”  of the “Recipient.’ If not, please note that there is a charge for storage. Onmom Market is not responsible for any disadvantages arising from the failure to specify the “Personal Customs Clearance Number.”

물품가격 $200 이하는 목록통관 대상이며, 해당 금액 초과 시에는 수입신고 대상입니다. $200 이하는 면세통관되며, $200 초과 시에는 공제없이 총과세가격(물품가격+운임+보험료 등)에 대해 과세합니다. 같은 날 동일한 주소로 물품을 받게 되시면 각각 개별의 물품을 받으시더라도 물품 금액의 합계로 관세를 납부하게 됩니다. 중복 통관되지 않게 각별한 주의를 부탁드립니다. 또한 통관에 관한 업무는 직접 관세청이나 개인 관세사를 통하여 처리하시기 바랍니다.

For shipments outside of the U.S., any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We would advise you to contact your local customs office directly.
